The condo comes furnished and is a two bedroom and two bathroom condo. Tile flooring through out the condo. The kitchen counter tops and bathroom vanities are granite. The condo is located on the beach side of the island and it is a few minutes walk to many of South Padre Islands main attractions such as the beach, the bay, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The condo does have access to the pool.
